As your community management company we see the financial struggles some families endure each day. Sitting idly by and not being able to assist residents in our communities was not an option for Premier. In 2010, our staff members formed the Premier Gives Back Foundation with the goal of making a difference in our communities and helping families build a brighter, more financially secure future.
Whether a resident is elderly, suffering from a serious illness or has suffered a job loss, the Premier Gives Back Foundation has been able to assist more than 300 families with HOA and utility payments, lawn care, maintenance services, food gift cards, Thanksgiving baskets and holiday toys for children. Premier staff members host a myriad of fund-raising events each year, raising thousands of dollars to assist those in need living in our communities, and 100% of all funds raised goes directly to residents.

Our vision is that we are more than your professional management company...we are part of each community we are privileged to manage.When disaster strikes your family, we want to help. We are committed to assisting those in our communities who are facing challenging circumstances quickly recover and move forward. We work with like-minded vendors, business partners, civic leaders and neighbors to harness valuable resources and skills to make a meaningful, and lasting, impact in the lives of those in our communities who need assistance.
