Gina Holbrook has been elected by her peers to serve as the 2017 Board President for the Central Florida Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Gina has served the past two years as a CAI Board Member, last year as the President-elect, before stepping into her new leadership role. Gina brings more than 30 years of exceptional community association knowledge, experience and integrity to the governing body that regulates all community association managers.
Gina is the Founding President and CEO of Premier Association Management of Central Florida based in Lake Mary, Florida. Premier is recognized as a leader in the management field, winning third-place in the 2016 Brighthouse Regional Business Awards, 12th place in the 2016 Orlando Sentinel's Top 100 businesses and earning the Orlando Sentinel's Community Service Champion Award for 2016.
Deeply admired and respected by her peers, when Gina’s initial election to the Board was announced the owner of another association management company summed up the feelings of the CAI membership when she described Gina as “The consummate professional, a true Ambassador in our industry and one of the most likeable people I’ve ever met”.
With more than 32,000 members and over 60 chapters, CAI provides education and resources to community association homeowner leaders, association managers and association management companies, as well as other businesses and professionals who provide products and services to community associations.
